Saturday Morning Photos -

After breakfast, a few minutes to weave friendship bracelets
in the morning sun.

One of the local women is grilling coffee for us to take back to the states.  She'll
be adding rapadou (molasses) soon to give it that Central Plateau flavor!
As the pastors' conference began, our team sang for the men and spoke about their favorite character
in the Bible.  The men were very grateful!

We had over 35 men come to be encouraged in the Word of God from the book of Romans. Here
we're opening in prayer, and more men started to drift in as the morning went on. Later this
afternoon we'll hand out the ties that were donated by folks in West Michigan, which will be
a great blessing to these men.  Thanks for all the donated ties!

Monica was one of the skilled painters...
and with a smile, too.

Lydia likes the color choice for this school room.
We just had lunch and now I need to get back to teaching the pastors' conference.  The youth have other projects at HAFF to work on this afternoon.  Thank you for your prayers!  I'll see if some of the other youth will write a blog post for later today...so stay tuned!
